In this particular piece, the sound is created by the glass of drinking glasses which try to render textures and timbres. As in Stockhausen’s ‘mikrophonie I’, the microphones as well as the glass constitute the musical instruments of the work, while through external hardware the received sound is distorted and transformed in real time. There is of course also a metal ball whose existence gives a mobility to the glass sound environment. It could be said that the sphere is the heroine of the story, moving through sonic “glass worlds”.

Στο µουσικό έργο αυτό, ο ήχος δηµιουργείται από τα γυάλινα ποτήρια τα οποία προσπαθούν να αποδώσουν υφές και ηχοχρώµατα. Όπως και στο ‘mikrophonie I’ του Stockhausen, τα µικρόφωνα αλλά και το γυαλί αποτελούν τα µουσικά όργανα του έργου, ενώ µέσω εξωτερικού hardware ο προσλαµβανόµενος ήχος παραµορφώνεται και μεταμορφώνεται σε πραγµατικό χρόνο. Υπάρχει βέβαια και µια µεταλλική σφαίρα της οποίας η ύπαρξη, προσδίδει µια κινητικότητα στο γυάλινο ηχητικό περιβάλλον. Θα μπορούσε να ειπωθεί πως η σφαίρα αποτελεί την ηρωίδα της ιστορίας, η οποία μετακινείται απο ηχητικούς “γυάλινους κόσμους”.
